The Challenge

Precision Composites is an established yacht and boat manufacturing company in Sri Lanka operating in a trust-driven, high-value industry. Despite their strong manufacturing capabilities, their previous website failed to represent their credibility or generate any meaningful leads.

The site was built on an outdated custom tech stack that was expensive to maintain, filled with bugs, and poorly optimized for mobile devices. Navigation was confusing, past projects were difficult to explore, and there was no clear storytelling around their boats or craftsmanship.

From a business perspective, the website failed at its core purpose. It did not support SEO, did not convert traffic into inquiries, and did not help clients understand the scale or quality of Precision Composites’ work. After investing heavily in the previous build and seeing no return, the client had lost trust in agencies and digital solutions altogether.

The Solution

We approached this project with a credibility-first mindset. For a brand operating in yacht and boat manufacturing, trust is built through clarity, proof of work, and professional presentation.

Our strategy focused on rebuilding the website from the ground up with a clean, modern UI and a structure that guides users naturally toward inquiry actions. We designed the experience to showcase completed boats clearly, highlight craftsmanship, and communicate authority without overwhelming the user.

A gallery-led structure was chosen to visually communicate scale, quality, and attention to detail. Each section was designed to answer a specific user question, who they are, what they build, how experienced they are, and how to contact them.

We rebuilt the entire content architecture with SEO in mind, identifying the right audience segments such as yacht buyers, hotel owners, and international investors. Performance optimization and mobile responsiveness were treated as non-negotiables to ensure smooth browsing across all devices.

Consistency was enforced through layout rules, typography hierarchy, and modular sections, making future updates easy while maintaining a premium brand feel.

Collaboration & Timeline

The project was completed within 2 weeks through close collaboration with the client. We conducted in-person meetings at their office to understand their manufacturing process, business goals, and concerns from past agency experiences.

Design decisions were discussed openly, feedback was gathered continuously, and iterations were refined quickly. The primary focus throughout was guiding users clearly toward inquiry forms while reinforcing trust at every step.
